January 2025 Updates:

Effective January 1, 2025, HOA dues will be $280.00 per month.

This year, monitors will be replaced in buildings 3701, 3705, 3709, 3717, 3725, and 3733. Schedules will be sent out soon.

Christmas Tree Disposal: Place the tree on Morris Farm Drive at the road. Do NOT place it at the discard site. All ornaments, lights, decorations, etc. must be off the tree.

2024 Recap:

Cement curbing was replaced in front of all buildings.

Monitors for two buildings were replaced (3713 and 3729).
